Complicated and frustrating

The checkin process is a nightmare - you're given a few phone numbers and instructions to call before arriving. I sent multiple emails before arriving that went unanswered. However, all the people who answer those phones don't speak any English. We had to enlist a local waiter to take a phone call for us to learn how to check in. Later, we found the unit had an AC unit that basically doesn't work. As a general note, I regret using VRBO, and this review is tempered in part by that overall sentiment.
