The upstairs granite counter kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled. When ripe and in season enjoy mangos from the tree in your front yard, Pine Island is considered to be the mango capital of the world and hosts the annual Mangomania festival. Fishermen will find there is plenty of room to park trailered boats with plenty of extra room for parking, conviently located a few hundred yards from the Pineland marina.
