Located on private peninsula at the end of private road with water on three sides, this private home with fantastic views and excellent fishing off the seawall is available to rent when the owner is away for business. Large covered, screened and furnished decks on two levels with east and west views on the main level and a sandy raised sunbathing beach area with eight lounge chairs on two corners of the property. Three large bedrooms with in suite baths with tiled showers. One smaller bedroom with nearby half bath.
Open concept great room, dining and kitchen area with big views. Located on Back Bay and Jug Creek with multiple docks and boat lift. Small gym area with bench, free weights and tower. Five person hot tub with lounger on an elevated pad. Hammocks under palm trees. Elevator. Large shaded area under home with table and chairs for games. Cornhole set. Great paddling and fishing. Amazing relaxing vaca

We had an amazing time. The house was beautiful so many places to relax and enjoy. We made many meals together and enjoyed the porches. We also loved the mini beach set up. We kayaked, biked, fished and enjoyed each other‘s company!. We hope to come here again!. There was plenty of room for all of us!!
