A 9 Minutos do Centro Nacional de Paraquedismo e 5 Minutos do Centro!

The house is located in a safe area with good neighbors. It's only 9 minutes from the Boituva National Parachuting Field, about 10 minutes from the Ecological Park, and five minutes from the city centre, as well as five minutes from good supermarkets. The house has an open area in the master bedroom and another in the middle of the house for good ventilation, and the garage is private. We also have a portable charcoal grill for outdoor use and a gas oven. We have one double bed and three single beds; it's a very cosy house to come with your family or friends.
