The breakfast wasn't great, but they do have a waffle machine or breakfast would have been horrible. The pool and hot tub were closed and broken which was why we chose the hotel because of the indoor pool. We wouldn't have stayed there had we known this. The room was ok but it seemed clean. The shower head was garbage with water shooting where it wanted besides on the person using a shower.

The Room was very clean and I didn’t notice any major problems with any of the furnishings. The was very kind, courteous and had excellent customer service skills. The only problem was the ice machine wasn’t working and I have to have ice where I go and I have scoliosis so I like the hot tubs when I get a hotel and they’re pulling hot tub was out of order. That was one of the reasons why I booked there was because they had an indoor pool and hot tub, other than that, it was wonderful and I look forward to staying there again.

Building is rundown. Pool and jacuzzi were “leaking & not usable”. Room door looked like someone tried cutting in near handle. Screen on window was snapped apart on one side. And the window would not lock. The front office gentleman was kind and accommodating.

The Original night staff didn't get my reservation and put.me in a room but didn't note the room number so at midnight the night clerk gave someone a card to my room thank god I had the flip latch on because I jumped up grabbed my weapon and gave a loud warning, also bath tub and bathroom. For some reason, the hotels.com reservation did not include a confirmation number - it only had an itinerary number. The hotel would not let us check in without an official confirmation number, even though we prepaid and had a receipt. We waited on hold with hotels.com - while sitting in the lobby at 10:00 pm after a long day of travel. After almost an hour of arguing with us (politely), he finally gave us a room even though we were still on hold with hotels.com. No good. The hotel is old but that is expected for the price. But it was not well cleaned (dirty carpets) or maintained (clogged sink) - and it was one of the loudest hotels I’ve ever stayed at (traffic noises and people who live there?). It was a bad omen to see an abandoned restaurant and boarded up building next door and someone doing mechanical repairs on a truck when we pulled up. This is fine as a pure desperation hotel. But know that is what you’re getting.
