The property was amazing inside was perfect.The only thing was the balcony and the furniture table were dirty needed to be clean, not a huge issue.But that's okay. Working out in the gym was perfect.The pool was absolutely beautiful.Being by the greenbelt was another awesome perk.

Booked this hotel for my artists during Treefort Music Fest in Boise and it worked out perfectly. The location was ideal, walking distance to everything and super easy to get around. They especially loved being able to hop on scooters and get to the festival quickly. The space was clean, comfortable, and made their stay really easy during a busy weekend. Great spot of any downtown Boise events or vacations.

Comfortable apartment felt so much better than a hotel room. Loved being able to cook meals and actually have a couch to sit on. Not just one chair we both fight over to sit in in the evenings. Was a little disappointed in the balcony because it wasn’t anything like the pictures posted on the property. We had a view of an office building not the pool and trees as the listing pictures showed. Overall though it was a great stay.

Kitchen had what we neede. We only used it to make breakfast. Frying pans and utensils were available. Communication with host was amazing. Very quick response to any questions we had. Bed was very comfortable.

Be prepared to get texts to pre check-in, the links may not work (system was down on plus third party registration issues). I'm used to booking and showing up and things are ready...the stay was okay. Liked the site and location. Parking was good when it worked but had to park on street a few times because the garage door was closed and there was no parking pass just an assigned space. The extra work wasn't worth it to me to do again but I did get help each time I called so they appear to be trying.

The place is nice and spacious but when the heater was running it smelled like a dead animal so we keep it off. The noise from the apartment above was very loud so it made it hard to sleep. Parking/Checkin was cumbersome. More details before booking would be good for checkin so you were clear on what you were getting into.

Easy access to the property, excellent instructions and communication. The bathroom fan didn't work and the HVAC intake register was packed with dust... other than those two items, the place was clean and a FANTASTIC place to stay, it is in a great location, parking was easy, and all the building amenities/facilities were wonderful~ would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great family place

Great directions to access the place. Great location and beautiful grounds. Many fun things to walk to. Condo had plenty of space and big comfortable beds. Blackout curtains would be nice in the early morning sun. Having a patio was a plus. Also had a nice big gym overlooking the pool. Would stay again.

Black scuff marks on walls, doors, and baseboards. Kitchen without measuring cups/spoons, only one small pot (not big enough to boil water for pasta), the usual dull knifes, a small 4 cup motel coffee maker. But there was a blender! (WTH?) Bathroom toilet never shut off. Shower with shampoo, conditioner and body lotion instead of shower gel. Very basic entry level furniture. Smoke detector went off when removing (unburnt) pizza from oven. THIS IS NOT FOUR STAR LODGING.
