We’ve stayed at many Hyatt Place locations and this was by far their worst. Really great location with lots of restaurants nearby including a mall and a Target, and the parking lot was very well lit with lots of spaces, however the hotel is old. Our room was very spacious but the bathroom is tiny, can barely close the door. The shower was gross and the towels are tiny. I felt like a diver drying off with a shammy. The bath towels were the size of a hand towel and old. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. Not only did they not have all the things they offer at other Hyatt Place locations like hard-boiled eggs, granola toppings, etc, they refused to replenish it when breakfast was still to be open for another 30min, so if you came at 9:30 when breakfast was to be from 7-10am, you were out of luck and the food service gal refused to make more or refill the yogurt and fruit even though there were 17 people standing there looking for food.

This place was really nice. I was bracing myself before we got there because we have been having bad luck with hotels, however I was impressed when we checked in. The only thing my group was disappointed about was the fact there was no meat for breakfast to choose from.

Convenient but dirty

I wasn’t able to check in on my mobile and had to wait for a while for someone to notice I was standing at the front desk. When they finally saw me the attendant seemed put out and annoyed that she had to help me. The room was fine at first but the toilet had a moldy ring I could see from the living area. The shower had hair pins on the drain. My 3 year old granddaughter slept on the pullout couch. The cushions were stained and had just been flipped over to hide them rather than cleaned. The breakfast area in the lobby was nice with a good variety of decent options and the pool was big and we had it all to ourselves but there were no pool towels I had to go to the laundry area and grab some. It is nicely located near shopping and restaurants.

Nice hotel for our overnight stay. Checkin was quick. The room was pretty good. My only complaints are: The shower/tub drained extremely slowly. No breakfast meat options.

I loved the fact that this location was surrounded by restaurants and stores. The room was nice and spacious. 2 things that I did not like: 1) The bathroom was too congested. Not enough room to move around in. For this reason I will most likely not stay here again. 2) On our 2nd day of stay, we asked for the room to be cleaned. The bed was made, clean towels were provided but all the garbage was not collected such as some soft drink cups left by the sink by the microwave and some food in a white to-go container literally left on top of the GARBAGE CAN was not collected either hence defeated the meaning of cleaning. 3) other than this, no other complaints.
