Heart of Nampa-Hot Tub-Fenced Yard-Full Kitchen

New home built in 2022! This home features quartz worktops in the kitchen with Island, upgraded cabinets, granite counters in the primary's bath, extended back patio with a beautiful Gazebo. 3 bdrms, 2 baths, open floorplan in one of the greatest parts of Nampa you would want. Fantastic shopping, dining down the road, great hospital close by and so much more. This one will not last! Area is quiet and safe.
I'm so sorry, but we can only accommodate 2 pets or less due to the size of the home and potential damage.

What our clients love about this home:
-Easy access to food and highway while feeling secluded
-Fenced in for pets
-Amazing spa hot tub amenity
-Quiet area
-Near food and shopping
-Beautiful sunrises
-Great kitchen amenities with brand new appliances and lots of cooking tools

What are clients don't like:
-House is brand new..what's not to like?! However, you may notice farm smells in the area since Nampa is more rural. We do require deposit for pets that can be refunded within 3 business days if staying 2 days or more.

We stayed here while helping our son and his dog move to Nampa. We appreciated having house with a big yard for the dog to run and play and hot tub to relax in after a long day of moving. The host was quick to respond to messages and the house was as expected.

We came to Caldwell for a dog show, and this home was perfect for us and our fur babies. The backyard was so awesome for our pups to stretch and run around when they finished showing for the day. The home was as advertised and the communication with our host was great. We would definitely stay here again. After their dog show wins, our pups celebrated with In & Out Burgers.

Great stay.

Overall place was nice and clean. Farm smells once in a while that come and go but that is expected as this is near the farmlands. Stay was good as its close to family and house is all to yourself with ample room for family and pets.

The property was very clean, the pictures were accurate and the property was as advertised. It is relatively new, the hot tub was clean and in good working condition, the backyard is a nice amenity if you have a pet. The neighborhood is very nice and good for walking whether you just enjoy getting some exercise or you have a dog. For those who like shopping, there are a lot of big box, stores, restaurants, and fast food, franchises in proximity too.

Great Little Home

Perfect for our family of 5 for a weekend getaway. The house was as expected. The only thing was the back lawn was pretty long but that was my only complaint. Otherwise, it was a great experience.
