Bad points - the hotel has no restaurants despite the wrong desccription. The Bistro restaurant claimed is inside the local Casino, no children allowed, passport id registration to get through the door. The other restuarant claimed is in a different hotel so can't be claimed as theirs. Rooms have no AC, are very basic, tired, but OK

Weird humming noise/vibration throughout the building- assuming it is the VMC. Not very restful. There are no restaurants in the hotel, which was one of my filters when choosing. Disappointing.
