I hate giving bad reviews but it was simply not a good stay. We arrived and our door lock wouldn’t work. They gave us a new room which was bigger and they noticed because not even 5 minutes in the new room they changed us to another room. That totally ruined our first moments inside the hotel. Then they told us we needed to change rooms the next day before 11am. The next day the original room still did not open and we had to wait for an employee, we basically lost the morning. Water wasn’t really getting hot, they wanted to charge $10 each time we change our towels, and the room was never cleaned. We stayed for 7days and it was not a good stay. Noises really early in the morning and at random times at night, also the lock kept having problems through out the whole stay. It really isn’t a hotel mostly like an apartment or airbnb feel. The only good thing about it is the bed and location if you want to be near the clubs.

Sitting area is just an uncomfortable chair. Water pressure is low. Hot water isnt very hot. They held firm on 3pm check in BUT then asked for information regarding an early departure. Its a bed and a kitchenette. If that works for you, its great. But there is almost no additional space.

*Check-in Issues* The check-in process was problematic. The receptionist did not receive the necessary authorization email, causing delays. When the authorization arrived, the key code failed, and I had to contact the owner for assistance. *Property Issues* During my stay, I experienced issues with: - No hot water, which was not resolved - The flat was cold - Restrictions on guest access, which was inconvenient *Recommendations* Given these issues, I would caution potential renters to carefully consider this property. Clear communication and functional amenities are essential for travelers. I contacted the property owner about mold and hot water issues. Unfortunately, the mold problem seemed to be superficially treated with paint, and the hot water issue persisted without resolution.

The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, and the bed was comfortable. Having a coworking space, gym and laundry in the building was a huge plus for me. It's a bit noisy from the lift, hallway and people speaking in the street. Unfortunately when I arrived, the door code I had been sent was incorrect. As I arrived alone at 4am I wasn't too impressed! The building security guards were very helpful and helped me to contact the right person to get a new code sent. In future, the check-in process could be improved.

GREAT place once you get checked in....

The check-in process was very bad and very time consuming. Also the emailed ACCESS code to the room was incorrect and I had to send a WHATSAPP communication to get the correct code. Should not be that tedious or difficult or time consuming to check in.

No hot water…and a charge to change linen

On the surface this place looks great, but there are many drawbacks - they first is there was no hot water. The shower oscillated from tepid (at best) to cold. A maintenance man was sent after I commented on this - I watched him fiddle with a lever but nothing changed. The kitchen water was completely cold. I was there for 10 days and they had the cheek to try and charge 10USD to give me clean towels. Finally, there is no way to regulate temperature. Some days were cold. As it is a large open studio, it was freezing. Then, on the hot days, you had to have the balcony door open, which you don’t want due to the noise. If management fixed the water, linen and had a dual aircon, then I would definitely have recommend this place (and it would be price equivalent to similar places). Until they do, sadly, I’d suggest reconsidering. The only reason I didn’t just leave was because it was prepaid and I my holiday funds didn’t budget for a hotel change.

Great location in the southern part of the Chapinero sector of Bogotá. The apartment building has a rooftop terrace with a terrific panoramic view of (at least some of) the city; a laundry room; a game room, if one wants to use these things. I did some solitary reading on the terrace, as it had some comfortable seating options as well as nice bright daylight (even when it was cloudy, which is seventy percent of the time in Bogotá). My studio apartment was clean and comfortable; it was on the highest residential floor and provided a nice view from my window/balcony of a piece of the urban landscape and some of Cordillera Oriental. The kitchen had all the utensils, dishes, and pots that I needed for making and eating my meals. (You will need to buy/have your own dish soap to wash them.) The microwave oven and the stove worked well without any problems. I LOVED having hot water for my showers, a nice comfort considering that Bogotá can be quite chilly. My bed was wide and comfortable. *My ONLY small gripe was that I was unable to get any reception on the television set, and I did not know whom to ask for assistance with this. The remote control was impossible to figure out, at least for me. This was no tragedy, as I do not watch a lot of TV; but sometimes I do like to have it on as background sound or just to see the latest news or sports headlines.
