Excelente ubicación, la atención y amabilidad del personal de Jalo merece ser mencionado, siempre muy atentos y amables. El lugar es bonito, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Limpio y organizado. Es un edificio nuevo, y todo está en perfecto estado.

Primero, debo decir que las instalaciones del hotel son cómodas, sin embargo no regresaría porque un factor muy fuerte es la atención al huésped, cuando llegué, la mayoría de las lámparas de la habitación no servían, expuse mi queja en recepción pero me dijeron que le escribiera a su jefa vía WhatsApp, lo hice, le envié fotos de hecho y me dejó en visto. Luego, solicité limpieza del apartamento con 2 días de anticipación y se les olvidó, así que después de ir a recepción nuevamente a ver si me podían resolver, me mandaron a escribirle nuevamente por WhatsApp, a lo que me rehusé a hacer ya que hace una semana me dejaron en visto con el problema de la Luz, me indicó que fuera a la oficina y así fue que pudieron hacerlo. O sea que tuve que andar detrás de la señorita encargada del personal, prácticamente rogándole y recordándole para que hicieran los servicios básicos y los arreglos correspondientes.
Después de la limpieza de la habitación, ahí si me respondió por WhatsApp para actualizarme que las luces habían sido reparadas una semana después.
Lo otro, el wifi funciona de manera caótica para mí fue un fuerte, ya que soy extranjero y necesito comunicarme, también le escribí por WhatsApp y me dejó en visto, mientras tanto, yo continué mi estadía con un wifi caótico, cuando se fue el wifi definitivamente, ahí fue cuando subí a la oficina y la conocí a Usted, que bueno que me resolvieron lo del wifi, pero era limitado por espacio, se iba frecuentemente, ni siquiera podía escuch

Solicito el reembolso total de mi dinero debido a las graves fallas del alojamiento.
Desde el inicio, la habitación presentaba múltiples problemas: fregador dañado, puerta en mal estado y ausencia total de wifi, servicio que fue determinante para elegir este hotel. Fui reubicada en otra habitación y los problemas continuaron: microondas dañado, wifi inexistente y baño tapado.
El hotel prometió reparar las fallas y nunca cumplió. Estas condiciones hacen que la estadía sea inaceptable, incómoda y contraria a lo ofrecido en la plataforma.
Considero que el servicio recibido no cumple con los estándares mínimos, por lo que exijo el reembolso completo conforme a las políticas de protección al cliente de Expedia.
Quedo atenta a una pronta solución.
