Poor

Paid for a superior "Design Room" at the property This was located right next to the communal kitchen with an internal window linking the two. As a consequence all noise, smells and light from the kitchen was evident in the room, conversations and cooking starting from 5:30am, people using the washing machine from 7am and throughout the day. I requested a room move and was offered an older, smaller room with fewer facilities with lots of street noise. Eventually I was offered an older, smaller room with fewer facilities in a sister property which I reluctantly accepted in order to be able to sleep. No form of discount was given despite it being an inferior room type. During the 9 days stay no form of room servicing was provided - no cleaning, towel change, linen change etc.
