Nice building located in ROSALES one of the most elegant residential areas in Bogota, close to US embassy residence. Walking distance from the ZONA G dining district, CENTRO ANDINO, ZONA ROSA and the 72th st Financial District.
The apt is located in a beautiful residential area and it is only a seven minute walk to very nice cafes and restaurants. Walking the area is very safe. It is only 8 km away from the City Center and you can find good transportation via uber, taxi or bus to get there.

The apt offers very good wireless internet service and Direct TV, it also has a phone line with free local calls available.

The building has 24 hr. concierge and security. Maid service is offered once a week included in the price of the apt. If you want more days it can be arranged in advance.

Outstanding apartment in a great location

Four of us stayed very comfortably in this nicely decorated 2 bedroom apartment. It is roomy and quiet and only a block from Carrera 7 with all the stores and shops. The formal dining area was perfect when our relatives and friends came over for dinner. Marcela was very helpful with any questions we had and the tour books she left for us proved very useful. The Carulla Supermarket is only a 10 minute walk away at Cra 5 # 72-35 and has everything. We highly recommend this apartment.
