The room is clean and staff very accommodating. I wish they had a small microwVe and a coomend washer dryer. I find in Bogata not is not always easy to find in a hotel. The offer laundry service, but it is very expensive. I am just don't like sending my clothes out

Overall, a quiet and comfortable hotel in a very good location, with courteous service. Note on VAT: As a non-resident (type V visa), I believe I was wrongly charged VAT — under Colombian law, hotel services provided to non-residents can be exempt (0%) if the hotel is registered with the National Tourism Registry and the guest proves their non-resident status.

The property is very clean and it appears to be a hotel geared for business travelers. The room was a bit dated, but very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very complete with a large selection of tropical fruits and juices which we enjoyed. You can request eggs to order. The staff was very kind. The street that the hotel is on is not very attractive and not much around the hotel. However, it is about a 15 minute walk to Parque 93 where there’s a large selection of restaurants.
