The staff was very good. The pillows are very hard and too thick for your neck. Fortunately I found an extra one in the closet at 3:00 AM that I could use. Great shower with excellent water pressure.

Be aware that some rooms do not have air conditioning. Our room did have A/C, but it barely cooled. Upon arrival, the mini fridge wasn’t working, and when we asked for an extra room key, none were available. The espresso machine also broke and couldn’t be repaired until the following week. On the positive side, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, though, the hotel needs some maintenance and upgrades.

No heating in rooms ! Can you believe it ! No coffee machine either- you’d think they’d have that in Colombia. $5 for a small coce bottle ! Not too happy to say the least. No room service- nothing to eat.
