The price and location and the staff at the restaurant is the only thing that saves this hotel. Room was very dirty, side lamps at the night table did not work, had to call reception to bring towels and body soap as container was empty. Hotel is in need of urgent renovations, I would not mind paying a little extra but staying at a nicer property all around . I also had an issue with a receptionist called Carlos, I left my I-Watch , I noticed 3 hours after I had left the hotel , we called and these people have not called us or contacted us to let us know they had found it , if not because these apple items have a “find my(whatever)” app and we knew the watch was at the hotel they would have not called and I think they would have denied they had found it … I requested from this Carlos guy to send me a message telling me they had the watch and he refused to di it . Terrible service , I would not stay again at this property and for those of you thinking about staying here I would think it twice

It’s a good property. And service is really good, but they have a really bad Internet connection and they didn’t accept MasterCard. This made things very difficult on checkout for me because both my debit card and my credit card are MasterCard. For this reason I may not be able to stay here any longer, which is a pity cause. I normally stay here all the time.

Expedia has wrong information about this hotel. They said they include shuttle but it is an additional cost of $22. And they state they are 16 minutes away from the airport, which is not true. They are 45 minutes away, so if you are just spending the night for a layover, be aware of the timing.

Our stay at the Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout our visit. The location is a major plus. It's conveniently close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure a breeze, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We were also thrilled to find that it's just a short trip to the city center, which gave us the perfect balance of peace and accessibility. Getting around was so easy. Taxis and Ubers were readily available within minutes, allowing us to explore the area without any hassle. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and friendly place to stay.

I contacted Expedia and canceled day of hopefully I’m a fluke, and this place does well by customers I thought amenities looked good online and positive reviews. The WhatsApp # they asked me to contact was less then helpful did not get airport shuttle I offered to take cab but no response even though I told them 3-4 pm
