I went there on the first day and try to cancel my reservation because the Hotel was too far from my event in Bogota. They told me to call Expedia but my phone didn’t work in Colombia. They refused to call Expedia for me in order To help me. They denied my cancellation. I was there in person on the first day trying to resolve my issue . The lack of consideration and customer service was very poor! ☹️ Very sad!
