Everything was great food and breakfast, service, ambiance, cleanliness, transportation. The only drawback is the staircase to the lobby. For travelers with luggage it is tricky to go up the stairs.

We were extremely happy with our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast amazing and our bed was very comfortable! The area was perfect. Close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

First of all, the hotel is very well decorated, we stayed 2 nights in different rooms, the first the bathroom was in poor condition, difficult to get into the bathtub, low water pressure, the drain was clogged. 2th Room, nice and spacious but we had the same problem in the bathtub, very low water pressure and also the drain in the bathtub and also in the lavatory were clogged. When we wanted to close the blinds they came off the wall lol, we told the front desk but they didn't give us any explanation or apology. Definitely I do not recommend it and I will not return again

Thru construction was not a huge issue besides the noise early in the morning the place was amazing. Staff was above and beyond specially Mrs. Edna who help direct us thru the language barrier. I WILL be back to this amazing place.
