I would advise against solo female travellers staying there. This part of Chapinero isn’t the best and the hotel didn’t feel safe. The staff weren’t the best. The wifi barely works. No soap in the shower. I left for two days to travel elsewhere and my room had not been made up in those two days.

I liked staying in the back of the hotel, the rooms are very quiet on the back, away from the street side. Staff are friendly. There are many restaurants and cafes in the area.
