I booked through Expedia and was supposed to receive benefits due to my status. I never got them. Expedia contacted me during my stay—not because I complained—and I told them nothing had been delivered. Still, they did nothing. The hotel is clearly deteriorated, and the “free breakfast” is so poor it’s better to eat elsewhere. I didn’t ask for special treatment—they offered it, and even after I flagged the issue, no one followed through. Very disappointing.

This hotel is a welcome site in a city that is a bit crazy. The hotel is modern clean and with good amenities. It's location makes it easy to get around town. The staff was fantastic. They were always looking for ways to make us feel home. I recommend BS Rosales to anyone visiting Bogota
