Enjoy the modern and comfortable furnishings in the living room with corner sofa (material Supralife), LCD TV (81 cm) and open kitchen. The high quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large bedroom has a double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) and is equipped with additional LCD TV and large sliding door wardrobe. Two more sleeping options can be found in the nursery. Here is a pull-out bed (maximum lying area 1.60 m x 2.00 m at the same height) available. A modern bathroom with shower (shower tray 1.00 m x 0.80 m) completes the facilities. Even an electronic locker is available for you. Mosquito protection grids are attached to all windows.

Our high quality, fully equipped apartment "sea breeze" with 60 m² living space can be found in a quiet, traffic-calmed location (no through traffic). The apartment on the ground floor of the, only in October 2012 completed, holiday home with only 4 units (south facing) can accommodate 4-5 persons and has a furnished terrace with adjoining 150 m² lawn and sunbathing area, ideal for relaxing for the parents and Playing for the kids. Our apartment also has Wi-Fi. Enjoy the modern and comfortable facilities in the living room with corner sofa (material Supralife), LCD TV (81cm) and open kitchen. Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. In fünf Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Gastronomie und Freizeitangebot ist sehr gut. Zum entspannen einfach super! Werde wieder kommen!

Nicht saubere Ferienwohnung!

Leider sind wir im Objekt angekommen und mussten feststellen, dass die Ferienwohnung schon länger nicht sauber gemacht wurden ist. Nach einem Telefonat mit Frau Katt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Wohnung den nächsten Tag gereinigt werden soll, dies erfolgte auch. Nur leider nicht zufriedenstellend, man konnte immer noch den Staub sehen, das Bad war noch dreckig (Blut am Toi-Drücker) usw. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht diesbezüglich, da die Endreinigung von 100 € so nicht gerechtfertigt ist. Die Betten knarren bei jedem Dreh, wir können diese Wohnung Meeresbrise nicht weiterempfehlen.

Super Urlaub

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Der Kontakt zur Verwaltung ist nicht besonders freundlich, aber ok. Leider konnten wir weder die Fahrräder in einem Raum abstellen, noch die Terrasse trotz sehr gutem Wetter nutzen, da keine Möbel vorhanden waren.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung, besonders für Familien mit kleinen Kindern geeignet. Kurzer Weg zum Strand - auch für kleine Kinder zu Fuss kein Problem.

Top Lage aber leider schon abgewohnt und nicht wirklich sauber

Das Appartment liegt in einer Top Lage, nur 5 Minuten zum Strand, echt super, zumal in Börgerende keine öffentlichen Toiletten am Strand verfügbar sind. In Börgerende gibt es alles was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht - Räder, Strand, Eis... . Leider ist das Appartment selbst schon ziemlich abgewohnt und bräuchte mal ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten. (Empfehlung: gerissene Fugen im Eingangsbereich erneuern, dann löst sich vielleicht auch das Ameisenproblem, Sichtblenden in der Küchenzeile befestigen, dass diese nicht ständig umfallen, Abfluss in der Dusche reinigen und reparieren und vielleicht mal einen Neuanstrich im Flur). Auch die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Bei dem Preis für die Endreinigung könnte man hier mehr erwarten. (kleiner Tip: Wenn keine Zeit zum Staubputzen für die Reinigungsfirma ist - lieber auf Staubfänger verzichten, den Staubsauger und besonders den Filter von Zeit zu Zeit mal Reinigen oder zumindest entleeren und offensichtliche Blutschmierer im Bad einfach wegwischen). Der Urlaub war, vor allem aufgrund des tollen Wetters, sehr schön. Ich würde wieder meinen Urlaub in Börgerende verbringen.

Die Fewo ist super gelegen. Nach den langen Spaziergängen am Strand war der Kamin genau das richtige.

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo in direkter Strandnähe

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in direkter Strandnähe (Angaben stimmen) im ruhigen und überschaubaren Börgerende. Ins belebte Warnemünde fährt man ca. 25min. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr geschmackvoll und allumfassend (z.B. Fußbodenheizung, Geschirrspüler, TV in Wohn- und Schlafraum, Sanitätskasten, Föhn etc.) eingerichtet. Die Matratzen schlafen sich wirklich gut und es gibt sogar kuschlige Federbettdecken. Ein tolles Extra ist auch der kleine Schuppen vor der FeWo, in dem Räder und Kinderwagen gut und vor allem sicher Platz fanden. Auch die Sauberkeit lies auf den ersten Blick keinen Grund für Beschwerden. Leider ging die Lüftung im Bad anfangs nicht und ein genauerer Blick verriet - eine vermutlich sehr lange fehlende Reinigung des Abzuges (immense Staubanlagerungen) war daran schuld. Auch der Kamin (Feuerholz ist nur mit zwei Scheiten vorhanden) war nicht im Ansatz gereinigt worden. Das Sichtfenster, beinahe undurchsichtig vor Ruß, bot keinen schönen Anblick auf romantisches Flackern. In Windeseile breitete sich ein beißender Geruch im Raum aus. Wir vermuten, das hier schon lange keine professionelle Reinigung mehr statt fand bzw. irgendetwas mit dem Abzug nicht funktionierte. Erst nach über 12h Lüften verließ der Geruch die vier Wände wieder. Gegenstände des Alltags wie Toilettenpapier, Geschirrhandtuch, Küchenrolle, Spülmittel etc. unbedingt selbst mitbringen - nicht vorhanden! Das Ehepaar, das uns die Wohnung aushändigte, war sehr kühl und schien etwas überarbeitet. Einer war jedoch unter der angegebenen Handynummer stets erreichbar und letztlich hat alles geklappt und wir sahen bzw. hörten sie ja nur am Tag der Anreise. Zur Abreise lässt man einfach die Schlüssel in der Wohnung und zieht die Tür zu.

Empfehlenswert

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, die Absprachen und Schlüsselübergabe haben bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand, ein Fahrradverleih gleich nahe bei.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Eine angenehme und ruhige Zeit (September).

Börgerende ist ein kleiner Ort. Die grundsätzlichen Dinge kann man dort einkaufen oder aber auch Essen gehen. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: der Strand ist relativ steinreich. Das war leider etwas schade.
