The comfortable ground floor apartment, furnished with attention to detail, offers an atmosphere for rest and relaxation. It is located at the end of a low-traffic service road just a few minutes' walk from the beach:
Living room with real wood furniture, fireplace, sofa bed, wing chair, LED TV, Blu-ray player, radio / CD, extendable dining table, chairs and bench.
Generously equipped fitted kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with separate freezer compartment.
Bedroom with large double bed and LED TV and bench.
Bedroom with bunk bed and additional pull-out trundle bed, LED TV. Shower room with walk-in shower, hair dryer and towel warmer. A high chair and a baby travel bed with duvet and pillows are available free of charge.
Underfloor heating and a fireplace create a pleasant atmosphere even in the cool season.
Internet access via WLAN can be used free of charge.
Covered terrace with garden furniture, beach chair, barbecue, children's slide and large green area, which is fenced behind the terrace with a chain fence.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Die Vorbereitung lief sehr gut. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus war in tadellosem Zustand. Einkauf nur 5 Minuten bis zum Supermarkt. Kleine Geschäfte und Kaffees gut zu fuß erreichbar. Bis zum Stand 5 Minuten. Alles dort sehr gut ausgebaut. Das würde ich dort in Börgerende Retwisch wieder buchen

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit Hund

Die Ferienwohnung ist mit Hund sehr zu empfehlen da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war schön warm mit der Fußbodenheizung.

Wunderbare Zeit

Tolle Lage direkt am Meer in wunderschöner Natur, tolle Wohnung mit eingezäuntem Garten, eigenem Eingang und Ofen. Hilfsbereite, sympathische Vermieterin die Tiere mag - so wie wir! Besser geht es nicht… wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach ein Traum

Die wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht! Die Ausstattung im Haus ist schon echt klasse. Dazu kommen Fahrräder, Strandspielzeug, Federballset und noch tausend schöne Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben gemütlich 11 Personen zum Essen untergebracht mit ausreichend Geschirr und einer sehr guten Spülmaschine gar kein Problem. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmässig und dabei sehr liebevoll und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn es nicht ganz günstig war, würden wir es auf jeden Fall wieder mieten. Wir waren selten so sorglos unterwegs. Danke schön!

Pros: - Nah am Strand - schöne, ruhige Umgebung - Wohnung und Garten grundsätzlich schön - Spielkiste im Garten Cons: - ganze Wohnung etwas schmuddelig, vor allem in der Küche - die Vermieterin ist leider gar nicht Kundenorientiert. Spülmaschine ging nach wenigen Tagen kaputt. Die Reparatur sollten wir selbst mit dem Techniker koordinieren. Da keine Reparatur möglich war (Maschine war schon sehr alt), mussten wir händisch abwaschen. Vermieterin hat nur nach Nachfrage einen kleinen Mietnachlass angeboten. Auch der Einbau der neuen Maschine sollte auf uns abgewälzt werden. Insgesamt sehr unfreundliche Kommunikation. - Im Ort nur wenig Geschäfte und Restaurants (sehr teuer), häufig geschlossen. - Strand sehr steinig

Toller Kurzurlaub

Klasse Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung. Obwohl wir die ersten Gäste nach dem Logdown waren, befand sich die Wohnung in einem überaus sauberen Zustand. Wir hatten wirklich nichts zu beanstanden und hatten zudem einen sehr netten Kontakt zu der sehr bemühten und aufmerksamen Eigentümerin. Fünf Sterne PLUS!!!!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Eine Wohnung in der es an nichts fehlt! Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge am Meer genossen, im Garten gegrillt, im Strandkorb entspannt, bei Gewitter dem Feuer im Ofen zugeschaut und die Kids haben mit den Nachbarskindern gespielt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in der man sich sofort zu Hause fühlt. An Ausstattung fehlt nichts und das i-Tüpfelchen ist der eingezäunte Garten, so dass Hund und Kind ohne weiteres raus gelassen werden können. Super nah zum Strand und ruhige Gegend, die zum Erholen einlädt. Shopping in den nahegelegenen Städtchen möglich.

Top-FeWo mit Kindern und Hund

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage in einem Ferienhauswohngebiet in strandnähe war für uns mit zwei Kindern ( 3 & 5 Jahre) und Hund optimal. Der Weg zum Hundestrand war kurz (etwa 800 m). Die Fahrräder, die kostenfrei zur Verfügung stehen, sind ideal für eine Radtour nach Warnemünde oder Kühlungsborn. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche fehlte nichts. Ein Etagenbett (ca. 1,50 m hoch) wäre eventuell eine gute platzsparende Alternative zum Ausschubbett im Kinderzimmer. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der FeWo Baltic Sea und möchten uns recht herzlich bei Frau Dockweiler und dem Team von Ostseetraum bedanken.

Super Urlaub in Börgerende 2016

Der Urlaub in Börgerende war ein Traum. Wir kamen bei Sonneschein in Börgerende an, zu diesem Zeitpunkt waren die Vermieter der Ferienwohnung ebenfalls anwesend, es gab eine herzliche Begrüßung. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, alles wichtige ist vorhanden.Wir haben und sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten gerne wieder kommnen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung Baltic Sea in Börgerende guten Wissens weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliche und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, mit Strandkorb im Garten und Triptrap für die Kleinen. Man merkte, die Eigentümer scheinen dort selbst gerne zu sein. Für uns das Wichtigste, keine 5 Fußminuten zum Meer oder zur Bäckerei, Pizzeria und Eisdiele. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm, unkompliziert und schnell hergestellt. Vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche

Schöner Urlaub

Ulla.E. Diese Wohnung ist wirklich zu empfehlen.Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und ordentlich,die Einrichtungsehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zusammen gestellt. Die Ausstattung ebenfalls perfekt,es fehlte an nichts. Auf der Terrasse beeindruckt der gemütliche Strandkorb.Bei Nacht hört man bisweilen die Rauschen der Ostsee. Von Börgerende aus kann man Fahrradtouren z.B. nach Kühlungsborn,Heiligendamm oder Nienhagen unternehmen.Alles liegt in der Nähe und der Fahrradweg (Ostseeküstenradweg) ist landschaftlich wirklich schön.Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch Travemünde mit seinen kleinen Fischerhäuschen und dem imposanten Leutturm. Fazit:Wohnung und Gegend sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhafter Urlaub - Erholung pur

Traumhafte und ruhige Lage, knapp 200m vom Meer entfernt - Ferienwohnung für Familie mit 2 Kindern geeignet - alles vorhanden: Kinderbett, Hochstuhl, Gartenspielzeug Wenn man Ferienwohnung betritt fühlt man sich zu Hause. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Auch der Strandkorb auf der Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Sehr gut Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Fahrräder konnten mit genutzt werden. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Domizil war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 200 m entfernt. Sehr gute Lage zum Meer und Strand. Dieser ist ein Naturstrand, der sehr schön ist. Von Börgerende aus kann man sehr viel unternehmen. Fahrradtouren planen. Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, Rostock alles sehr nah, besuchen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist besonders empfehlenswert der Rostocker Zoo und Karls Erlebnishof in Rövershagen. Aber das Ferienhaus ist nicht nur für Familien geeignet. Auch Paare finden Entspannung und Ruhe. Und hat es dort sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen wieder. Lieben Dank nochmal an Familie Dockweiler für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub
