The apartment beach life.
There is enough space for 4 people on 66 sqm. All rooms are modern, tastefully and generously designed so that you can also have a good time in the apartment itself.
Rooms flooded with light quickly create a great holiday feeling. The apartment naturally includes a parking space and a bike rack.

Living room and kitchen:
A fully equipped kitchenette inspires you to cook yourself. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: whether built-in oven, built-in microwave, large induction hob (4 fields), dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, toaster or kettle. You shouldn't be missing anything.
Dishes, plates, glasses and cutlery are of course also included.
In the adjoining dining area, the whole family can have breakfast or eat in a relaxed manner, while also gazing out at the Baltic Sea through the spacious patio doors.
The living area invites you to relax and unwind even on days when the weather is not cooperating. A 55 "flat screen TV (satellite TV) and a compact system with radio, CD, USB and Bluetooth connection (for streaming from a smartphone or tablet PC) ensure your entertainment.
From the living room you have direct access to the 12 sqm balcony through 2 patio doors. There you can enjoy a great sea view and comfortable garden furniture for 4 people.
Internet and W-LAN use are free of charge for you.

The bedrooms:
The large bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2.00mx 1.80m) and tasteful furniture.
There is also enough space here, if necessary, to set up the cot provided free of charge for you.
In the spacious wardrobe you will find enough space for your clothing.
Another flat-screen TV (46 ") also offers television enjoyment in the bedroom.

The 2nd Bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds (each 2.00m x 0.90m) and 2-door wardrobe.
Here the children or adults can regain their strength after an eventful day.
A 32 "flat screen TV provides entertainment on request.


The bathroom:
The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower, a spacious vanity, a towel radiator, as well as a hairdryer and other useful equipment details.
The underfloor heating ensures (in all rooms) warm feet on cold days.

All windows and patio doors are equipped with high quality pleated blinds. In both bedrooms, interior roller blinds were also installed, which can provide absolutely dark rooms at night if desired.
Selected windows are provided with insect protection so that uninvited guests have to stay outside.

Our Strandleben apartment is located in the "Haus Strandperle". Börgerende can be easily reached from Hamburg by car via the A1 and later the A20 in about 90 minutes. From Berlin you can be on the A19 via Rostock in just over two hours.
From Börgerende you can reach the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde in about 14 km and the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn in about 18 km. The nearby Heilheilamm Seeheilbad and the pier can be easily reached on foot along the beach after 3 km,
the district town of Bad Doberan is approx. 5 km away. The largest city of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Rostock, is only about 17 km away.
The municipality of Börgerende-Rethwisch, with approximately 1,800 inhabitants, has a total area of 15.01 km². The town borders in the west directly on the nature reserve "Convent Niederung" with its 260 bird species.
In the north, Börgerende nestles on the long, natural beach.
In the immediate vicinity of the beach you will find grocery stores, ice cream parlors, restaurants, beach chair and bike rentals.
The community consists of three districts: Börgerende, Rethwisch and Bahrenhorst - your holiday accommodation is in Rethwisch.
Börgerende is located almost 5 kilometers north of Bad Doberan and 3 kilometers east of Heiligendamm.
Other striking destinations: The holiday resort of Börgerende is only 18 km from Kühlungsborn and 14 km from Warnemünde.
These two large Baltic Sea resorts offer popular shopping and promenade areas.
