Location, sea are great; cleanliness is very poor

The location is excellent, the sea is simply stunning, but the cleanliness is very poor. There were dead insects in the water heater, so it shouldn't be used without checking and cleaning. If possible, clean any surfaces you touch with a wet wipe. You'll understand what I mean when you see the results.

Harika ekip, güzel yemekler, müthiş bir deniz. Sadece eski odalar biraz küçük ve bakım gerekli. Özellikle akşamları duş suyu aşırı yüklenmeden dolayı çok azalıyor.

Yeri güzel , temiz, çalışanlar özverili, hayvan dostu bir mekan. İnternet odalarda çekmiyor, tv çoğu kanalı almıyor, sinyal sorunu var, bu sorunları çözebilirse mükemmel olacak.

Disiplin sart

Konum olarak kendi plaji olmasi cok iyiydi. Bir cok yer arasinda orayi tercih etmemin sebebi hayvan dostu olmalari. Oda temizligi iyi ancak hafif bir lavabo kokusu vardi odada. 2 sey bizi rahatsiz etti. 1.si resepsiyonda surekli kimse olmamasi,2.si gece vakti bir grup gencin gurultusune maruz kalip uyuyamamiz.sonra anlasildi ki otel personeliymis bunlar.

It is not the Meggs it used to be in the old times...We have been there many times in the past but we won't go back anymore. First of all, it clearly needs renovation. The property is not managed properly. The number of staff is not enough and this creates tension among the staff. The service is very slow. Some of the staff exhibited rude behaviour during our check in. Especially the person in the reception was very rude when we expressed our dissatisfaction with the baby bed they provided. It was broken and the replacement they offered didn't have a proper mattress. The receptionist argued and angrily insisted it was OK and other families used it for their babes. This behaviour is not acceptable towards customers.

Otelin çalışanları oldukça güler yüzlü ve ilgili, odalar her gün temizleniyor ve temizliği güzeldi. Kendi özel plajı olması covid dönemi açısından çok rahatlatıcı. Tatilimizde oldukça keyif aldık gelecek senelerde tekrar tercih edebilirm :)
