Really, I made a good choice of a hotel. The Expedia points also had an influence that provided a discount. Normally, Gumbet in the summer is a youngsters paradise! This time of the year not so "musically" load, just a slice of music in the distance! The breakfast was exceptional! Thank you all the staff.

Club noise from 9pm to 2am - beware!
If you're not in Bodrum to party, avoid this hotel. The music starts around 9pm and ends at 2am but there's no soundproofing that you feel like you are in the nightclub itself - we couldn't sleep until the music was turned off by the club's nearby. Angry that hotels.com advertise this and don't mention the noise that you will endure and surprised of the 10/10 reviews (sound fake?) The only positive is that there is a nice sea view but even the rooms are basic and the WiFi intermittent.

Our stay here was phenomenal! To begin, the staff were amenable to us shifting around the dates of our reservation as our prior lodging was terrible and we wanted to move on as quickly as possible. Additionally, we ended up having a friend that had to stay with us due to flight issues and Nes (the manager) not only didn’t charge us extra for having an extra guest but she also upgraded our rooms to accommodate us. Obviously she did not need to do that and we cannot express how happy we are with this. She also took the time to provide us with several nightlife and food recommendations which were stellar. Furthermore, the amenities were great. The pool area was clean with a great view, breakfast was nice, and the rooms were in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family

The owners awesome, welcoming and genuinely nice. The hotel has the best view in Gumbet, very clean, and right in the center of many Bars, restaurants and shopping places. I wlll go back for sure. Thanks!

I booked this hotel on Expedia over the Turkish Eid holiday weekend. I was charged $500 per night for a room. When I arrived for check-in, the front desk told me that the hotel is fully booked but that we could have a spare room at the top floor (No elevator). This room was apparently the owner's personal room and had his personal belongings in it. The room did not have a working phone, or a functioning air conditioner. Anytime I wanted anything I had to climb down several flights of stairs to ask the front desk. The average rate of this hotel is usually about $30/night which is exactly what it's worth. The music from the nightclub was so loud, I was never able to sleep all night.
