This property needs a major overhaul both in terms of renovation as well as staff. Such poor house keeping. The 1st room we checked in was left with strands of hair, the 2nd one has cigarette ash all over the pillows. Finally the 3rd room turned out to be decent. The bathrooms are small and have a pungent smell. The only shining grace was Mr. Esne who took note and acknowledged all of our problems and helped in every possible way to sort them out. But it was a bad experience overall.

Great property. Enjoyed the beach, the pool was under construction when we visited. It is a walk from the city of Bodrum but it is nice since there were sidewalks the entire way there.

Being an Expedia member for almost 20 years now, I don’t know how Expedia is even listing this hotel! The hotel was below average, the service was really bad, the towels in the rooms were being folded back on the rack without changing them!! I didn’t have any shampoo or shower gel in my room, also the tv channels were not working, they were getting stuck despite the promises that I got from the receptionist that it will be fixed, they have even skipped a day without doing any housekeeping. But the shocking incident that happened was one day before our checkout date, I went back to the room at around 3:30pm and all both my suitcases were not in the room, I was shocked and when I have contacted the receptionist, she didn’t even understand what I was saying. I had to go all the way up to the reception and met the manager who took me in the storage room where I found my luggage there!! He said sorry very quietly as if he was trying to tell me not to make a scene. This hotel staff doesn’t even know what they are doing, I bet they have hired people temporarily for the season only. My recommendation, please don’t fall for the name or the chain, do your research.

My daughter and I planned this mother daughter trip and arrived to your Hotel. From the entrance with Emre, to front desk with Yusuf and his team, the hospitality was superb. The view from the large terrace (front of the hotel) was magnificent. Felt like you were on top of Bodrum. Back of the resort extremely relaxing with excellent service by many lounge areas right along the water. Views are breathtaking both front of the property and back not to mention 10 minutes taxi to the city center where the shops are located. Highly recommend!! Thank you to all staff for their kind service. Until next vacation!!

Great Hotel

Holiday Inn Resort is one of the best hotels to stay in Bodrum. Located in the first shoreline, it offers stunning views, clean beach, beautiful rooms with little balconies, helpful, friendly and multilingual staff. During my one-week-stay I was mesmerised by young and welcoming employees, overall atmosphere in the hotel, accommodation and more.

Staff was extremely unresponsive. We had to call and ask for coffee 7 times, water 5 times, asked for the room service menus 3 times and food took forever to get here. When done, we left the plates at the door and it took 2 days for them to be picked up. There were other plates in the hallways for the entire stay!

The hospitality really needs to improve. I booked the most premium room that is 36sqmt despite we being only a couple, but we ended getting a standard room which was half the size (max 20 sqmt). Raised this issue multiple times to the staff but they didn’t support us and were just saying that the system shows that we got the correct room type. Finally the second day we met Mr Onur, the front office manager, who was the only one who took the ownership of the issue, ensured to give us the room type we booked and tried to work out on a satisfactory compensation for the first two nights (given we had to stay in the smaller room). Apart from this negative experience, the hotel premises is nice. The views are amazing. It’s very quiet and relaxing. The sun deck by the sea is great. Nonetheless the property is not maintained well in the off season. I hope in summer, they can improve (for example, The funicular starts functioning)

Location of the property was good and price But other than that nothing else Old rooms Dirty bathroom which need repair urgently Limited staff Food takes ages to come Holiday inn is such abig brand, don't know why they have neglected the property

The staff was very friendly but the bathroom in the room had mold and a smell. There is no public transport to get to the center. You have to take a taxi.

Staying at holiday inn resort bodrum was an excellent experience, The location was perfect, and the staff was very accommodating. My only feedback would be regarding breakfast I think adding more variety would enhance the overall experience, a greater variety would make the mornings even more enjoyable. Despite that, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area
