This is a former Holiday Inn hotel that is now charging resort-lile prices after doing a new paint job and new name. Do not fall for this or the AI-generated reviews. We were there for not even 1 hour and turned back around after witnessing the so-called “big boss” yelling at his management team in the dining room while hosting a leadership meeting at 10 pm. We also left because we walked in to a room that was dusty and the bathroom was not made up!! The windows had been left open for bugs to come in. Bottom line: it's a one or at most two-star hotel that has no idea on hotel management but is charging 5-star prices. Stay Away!

С первых минут чувствуется высокий уровень сервиса: весь персонал очень внимательный, доброжелательный и искренне старается сделать отдых максимально комфортным. Отдельного восхищения заслуживает питание. Каждое блюдо это просто волшебство , качество и разнообразие кухни действительно впечатляют. Для любителей сладкого здесь настоящий рай — две кондитерские на территории отеля с большим выбором свежайших и невероятно вкусных десертов. (Я точно набрала пару лишних кило 🫣) Номера просторные и комфортные. Приятно удивило наличие капсульной кофемашины, а мини-бар с хорошим выбором напитков, включая алкоголь и энергетики, стал дополнительным приятным бонусом. Отдых получился замечательным, и во многом благодаря атмосфере заботы и гостеприимства, которую создает команда отеля. С удовольствием вернемся сюда снова! ❤️ (много фотографий нет, так как просто кайфовали и получали удовольствие от сервиса)

Tenía reservación para 2 dias....Mis familiares ya habían llegado el dia anterior, por lo que al ver todo el desastre que era la organización en la recepción, ellos se aseguraron desde el dia anterior, que tuviera asignado un cuarto. Llego a recepción a las 3 pm y me dicen que aun no está listo el cuarto, por lo cual con toda paciencia, le digo que no hay problema, que empezaremos a usar las instalaciones, aprovechando que mi familia ya tenia cuarto. El problema es que al llegar a las 10 pm a recepción, suponiendo que todo estaba listo, me dan llaves de un cuarto, tuve que bajar con las maletas y al llegar, en el cuarto aún había personas pintando el cuarto. Obviamente no aceptamos el cuarto y volvimos a recepción. nos dieron otro cuarto, al cual llegamos y era un cuarto a medio construir, el hoyo del aire acondicionado estaba hecho (sin aire), la regadera no se podría usar en 1 día porque acababa de ser instalada. El cuarto aún tenía todo lo necesario para seguir trabajando en su construcción. No había manera de aceptar el cuarto, por lo que regresamos a recepción. No hubo solución y mejor reservamos en el hotel de enseguida (Mett Bodrum) en donde hubo un excelente servicio de primera. El problema de todo fue la actitud de el gerente de recepción, que Ni 1 sola vez se disculpó ni se preocupó por solucionar. Dueños del hotel, por favor vayan al hotel, las cosas No se estan haciendo bien, pero estan a tiempo de mejorar.

Como dicen alguno de sus reviews tanto en hoteles como en google, el hotel aún no está terminado. No era cuestión de que faltarán áreas comunes que no estuvieran listas, el problema era que los cuartos no estaban listos, hubo cuartos que se "terminaban de construir" y en 1 hora ya lo estaban asignando, obviamente con muchos errores. Pero para mí el no tener cuarto listo, no fue lo peor; la actitud en la recepción del "manager" simplemente era de, no tengo ninguna solución, tu resuélvelo. En medio de todo, se escuchaba que atrás de recepción les gritaba a otros empleados y golpeaba las paredes y las puertas. Fuimos muchos los afectados en esos días y ellos tenían cero preocupaciones por revertirlo. Mi hermano tenía reservación al dia siguiente y no tuvieron cuarto para ellos; situación que fue informada a las 10 pm, cuando el llego a las 2pm. Mención especial al restaurante y la gente que lo liderea, porque la comida es muy buena y aunque también era un desorden de organización, ahí si se vio un progreso real día con día. Espero que las personas que hicieron la millonaria inversión en este hotel lean los comentarios; tienen una joya en bruto, que con los ajustes indicados pudiera convertirse en una excelente opción en Bodrum, pero hoy van en camino a tener un hotel que no llegue ni a las 3 estrellas y con mala reputación. Por favor dueños del hotel, pasen tiempo en él, hagan visitas sorpresas para que se den cuenta de lo que tienen.

Öncelikle burası isim değişikliğine giden bir otel. Önceki ismiyle daha öncede konakladığım bildiğim bir yer. Fakat “Başka Resort Hotel” olarak daha iyi bir hizmet ve göze hitap eden tasarımıyla oldukça keyifli bir otel. Otel konum olarak Bodrum’da konumlanan en iyi otellerden birisi. Özellikle partnerinizle gidecekseniz her yerinde onlarca fotoğraf çekilmeye hazır olun :) Yemekleri ve personel desteği oldukça başarılı. Havuz ve deniz kalitesi tatmin edici. Özellikle otel yöneticilerinden Hasan Bey’in hem ilgisi hem de olaylara doğrudan etki eden çözümleri bizi çok mutlu etti. Otel değişikliğinden dolayı tabii ki de eksikleri vardı ama büyük ihtimalle 15 gün içerisinde kusursuz bir deneyimle tatilinizi gönül rahatlığıyla yapabilirsiniz.

Whoever is rating this hotel as 5star has never stayed in a 5 star hotel before. The staff and the food were excellent however the hotel is under renovation and it's an ongoing construction site with many disruptions and work being carried out throughout the hotel The finishing works of the renovation is not 5 start quality, far from it. The vibe is nice around the place but it is not a high end establishment.
