- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home and due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only

Check-in instructions—including address, access code, and arrival details—are sent 2 to 3 days before arrival via a link with everything you need. Please do not arrive to the house without your check in instructions.
We Have a Guest Reference Guide in the home. Has everything you need to know for a seamless stay!

Guest support is available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
