The hotel is in a great location newly renovated The front desk person, Heidi, was super nice and helpful. Accessing the room was easy with code. Didn’t realize there wasn’t automatic room service. Needed clean towels and replenished toiletries so I asked twice quick response and apology but nothing. Not a big deal just went and asked for fresh towels and some soap. Around 5ish a front desk lady knocked but asked about a coffee maker working? There is a new keurig in the room so maybe she mixed up the rooms—anyways it was strange.

We were in building a Room 115. We chose this hotel because you have balconies facing the ocean which is a lovely way to watch the sunset. Before going to sleep we tried to turn on the light to read in bed

Excellent room. Immediate and courteous service. Just reopened after a major remodel, they need to iron a few housekeeping glitches, such as replacing cups, tea, and coffee. I'll be back.

Place was nice. Only things I would change. They needed more tables and chairs in the room. Also more outlets on the walls. Also in the shower they designed it terrible. You turn it on and the water gets all on the floor. The shower curtain needed to be washed. Smelled like damp water.

The room was quiet, great view, hot spa and fireplace. Though the fireplace is your only source of heat and it got too hot at night, need to turn it way down to sleep. Also the wood and tile floors were too cold to walk on, had to always wear socks. This would be a 5 Star rating except for the check in process. It was annoying because they said someone would be at the office from 4-8pm and we arrived at 6pm and there was no one. I was unable to register online so they told me the staff would help me when I got there but there was no staff. Had to call them and text my photo of my drivers license and take a selfie before they provided our room number and code to get in.

Wonderful staff, Lisa was great and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Beautiful rooms. My only complaint would be the late check in and check out times. I think 4:00 is too late to check in and 10:00 is way too early of a check out time. Although Lisa accommodated us great!

Love the remodel they did. Great spot to stay at only issue was the internet and cable/stream connection did not work so had to change plans to watch Sunday Night Football elsewhere. We will be back and hope that will be fixed.

Clean newly renovated rooms and grounds directly on Bodega Bay. Evidence of the property's changing condition are evident. A somewhat unusual reception and check in process created a few hiccups but were not a major problem.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it. The room was uncomfortably cold. To make matters worse, there were ants inside the coffee maker, and I also noticed other bugs in the room, which was extremely unpleasant and made me question the cleanliness of the space. Several advertised amenities were not available. The hot tub was not working, there was no coffee available in the rooms, and the gym was closed, which was frustrating since these were reasons I chose this hotel. Overall, the lack of basic comfort, cleanliness issues, and unavailable amenities made this a terrible experience. I would not stay here again.
