This 2-story, modern condo is located directly on the beach with the most incredible views of Cayman’s crystal blue water. The entire unit has been meticulously renovated by an award-winning design firm, complete with high-end finishes and furnishings. This will have you feeling like you’re staying at a five-star resort, but at the fraction of the price. It’s a true beachfront oasis, with all the luxuries and amenities of home.

Located in the quaint village of Bodden Town, you’ll be centrally located between 7Mile Beach, East End and Rum Point. This quiet part of Cayman has that true “island-vibe”, making it a perfect destination for a relaxing or adventurous vacation.

A rental car is not included however highly recommended as the island is too beautiful not to explore. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)

*Please note that the condo is ideally suited for 4 guests or 2 couples comfortably. There is no charge for additional guests (up to 6 in total) however note that for the additional guests, there is an inflatable mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets) that sleeps up to two and the sofa in the livingroom sleeps one.

OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE:

Smart TV in the living room with Netflix, keyless door entry, high chair, playpen with extra mattress for comfort, filtered water from the refrigerator (no need to purchase bottled water) and ice maker, kitchen is stocked with basic essentials, Keurig coffee maker, snorkeling gear (x2 sets), beach towels.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:
I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. Flights may land earlier than checkin time and depart later than checkout time. That said, the bedrooms are cleaned first and utilized as holding rooms for the luggage. Note that there is never an additional charge for an early checkin/late checkout in hopes that everyone can understand and work together on a stress free vacation arrival/departure. I do need a heads up please in case an early checkin/late checkout is in fact needed, so I can communicate with guests arriving/departing so everyone can be on the same page.

Only in the summer months, there may be some sargassum/seaweed on the beach that Mother Nature gifts us which is out of our control and the landscaping team works diligently to remove as much sargassum as they can on a daily basis. There are several beautiful beaches around the island that you could explore and the property is stocked with portable folding beach chairs, cooler and some beach goodies you bring with you to enjoy when exploring.

For bookings that are 14 days and longer, one complimentary maid service will be offered every 7 days.

We had a great stay at this location! It was great to have a pool and the beach both steps outside of the unit. The amenities including beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling equipment, and towels were great for our family. There were also sand toys that would have been great for smaller children. The location of the property was perfect for us. We rented a car and explored all areas of the island. No one area was more than about 30 minutes away with most locations being within 20 minutes. We enjoyed the local restaurants as well as restaurants in Georgetown, the harbor area, and the East End.We didn't have any issues at the condo, but when we did reach out to Livia she was always very responsive and helpful.Overall, my family will certainly stay at this condo the next time we visit.

The condo has been beautifully refreshed and is well appointed. We love the peace and quiet of the location away from the crowds of 7 mile. Can’t beat the pool just outside and the amazing snorkeling steps from our door. This was our second time staying in Seabreeze. You do need a car to explore the island but that’s part of the fun.

Family of 6 booked this place. We felt like we had enough space. The house provided with everyrhing we needed, towel, washing soap, towels beach items, spices for cooking. The beach front is beautiful and clean. Theyre is people renting or leaving in the other condos near but is nice to have the movement of the people. We had a happy stay and do recommend. Is located mid point to starfish point and to the cabana bay/city n stingrays. So its a good location. Thanks for hosting us.

Lovely, quiet spot for vacay

We enjoyed our stay in Livia’s condo - it was exactly as pictured, well appointed, and very clean. We loved the pool overlooking the beach/ocean. It was quiet and had easy access to grocery and liquor stores too. Livia was a wonderful host - she answered our questions in a super timely manner and we had no issues to speak of while staying at her property. A great place to enjoy Grand Cayman!

Amazing condo!

The condo is exactly as described and the whole check in process was very easy. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was amazing to have both the beach and a pool right in front of the apartment. It's a small condo so the size of the pool is more than enough. The location is really great to explore the island by car. our group of friends really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back!

Beautiful spot

Its a lovely spot away from 7 Mile beach which is very busy. You need a car but its central to explore the Island. Clean quiet and comfortable (a bit of road noise and the odd Rooster crowing). Very well equipped property. We would definetly stay there again.

I highly recommend this condo! The proximity to the pool and beach is fantastic, especially for families with young kids. You can enjoy the pool while your children take a nap in the house. The home itself is beautiful. I suggest renting a car, as I found that there aren't many nearby restaurants. If you go to 7 Mile Beach and drive back to the condo, keep in mind that rush-hour traffic can be quite heavy from 5 to 7 PM. I didn’t experience morning traffic, so I can’t speak to that.The house was well-stocked with everything my children and I needed, including paper products and toiletries. They provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and dish detergent, which was very convenient. Parking is easy, as the spot is right in front of the condo door.The beach is beautiful, though it gets a bit rocky if you walk away from the property on either side. However, you can enjoy snorkeling right in front of the condo, which is a nice perk. Don’t miss the cafe/bakery located right across the street; it’s delicious!Overall, I would definitely go back to this condo. If there were more restaurants closer by, I would visit every year.

Beautiful Condo and Views

My family stayed for a week over spring break, and we absolutely loved it! The condo was clean and very nice. The views are breath taking. My kids loved swimming in the pool and snorkeling on the beach right outside the door. The location is away from the busy side of the island, but that was perfectly fine with us. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location.

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed here for 7 days and loved every minute of it. The villa was just as described- spotless, nicely decorated, and very well stocked with everything you may need, from small appliances to a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft. The remodeled bathrooms were very nice!We only cooked breakfast in the villa and visited many local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The location of the villa is perfect on the island - pretty evenly spaced between the beautiful 7 Mile beach and Rum Point. We did a few excursions at each location so this was very handy. There is a great beach with loungers that are so private - and great snorkeling right from the villa. The host was very easy to contact if needed. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was absolutely breathtaking and the location was centrally located. I liked the bedrooms upstairs and the condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed.
