Toilet was clogged, when I asked for help was told I had to wait hours for maintenance to arrive….. for a plunger…. sink wouldn’t drain either Staff was mostly uncomfortable as well.

The room was comfortable and staff were very nice. However, the room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were greasy handprints and smudges in high-touch areas of the bathroom, including the toilet, shower, and door facings. You could tell the hotel is frequented by workers from local steel mills. However, the rooms should be cleaned more thorough in-between guests stays.
