Third time I have stayed here. If there e someone in a room Next to you , I can hear them talking in a muffled sound. They forgot to put out breakfast the last day I was there!

Knob to heater broken so couldn’t adjust. They gave us needle nose players. Bathroom hairdryer didn’t work only because the outlet it was plugged into didn’t work. Very inconvenient as I didn’t have hair dryer with me and had to plug hair item in without a mirror or good lighting to do makeup. Tv was crazy to try to figure out its operation. Breakfast just continental. Super simple which is fine. At least we were warm and dry on a rainy night.

Comfortable room beautiful wood paneling, makes you feel like your in a cabin, bathroom water pressure excellent, nice size fridge in room, a microwave would be nice,ingles grocery store right down the hill, restaurants close, and and complimentary breakfast could use some variety, like different types of bagels and some peanut butter and jelly but overall excellent place to stay

Rooms were very cute, felt like a cabin. Unfortunately service was terrible. Our heater rattled bad the first night was hard to sleep. When we returned from being out for the day the heater had rattled the front and top off. When I called the emergency line, the man told me it was fine and to just leave it. I explained that we could not sleep with the noise it was making. He then got angry and said he’d be down to the room. When he showed up he was not pleasant at all. He just threw the front back on and left the grate off. He told me someone else had already broke it and showed me where the screws were missing. I told him if he got some tape I’d help him fix it for the night. He said he couldn’t get tape, the maintenance closet was locked and he did not have the key. We were not able to use the heater all night and it was 36 degrees out. He was not doing anything else for us. He left, it was not full, we were not offered another room and he was the owner of the establishment we were told. We were given a room that knowingly had a broken heater. Not a pleasant experience.

The filter in the room was bad when we turned the heat on you could smell something burning so we had to turn it off

The water didn't drain from the tub when taking a shower, the Continental breakfast was only cereal (no knowledge of how often it is change, didn't look like other enough), muffins, hard bagels, juice; it was not the usual Continental breakfast, asked for more towels and was asked why I needed extra towels (we had a 2 night stay), anytime reception, had to call, the shower liner was mildewed and the shower head was dirty
