Great cabin for a quick weekend getaway. Clean and everything we needed. Other cabins are close and the outdoor seating area/fire pit was tiny with plastic chairs that were uncomfortable-could be such a nice area with a little upgrading. This was the first cabin we booked through Orbitz and all was smooth on their end but not on the management companies-they had no clue it seemed and asked me for payment when I made it through orbitz and they kept saying they emailed me the rental agreement when they had not and they put in my email incorrectly two times after repeating multiple times. I was on the phone with them for 4 days at least 10 times trying to figure everything out because they would not give the code or directions until they had it. Orbitz had to call them about the payment and explain how it works after I called Orbitz. Really frustrating on that part and I hope they know now the protocol now and for future guests because it really was a nice cabin and everything went smooth when we arrived.
