Comfortable stay
Helpful staff, older building, but well maintained & clean. Plenty of parking, staff very attentive in keeping breakfast area clean with hot food. Would return. Dog friendly, but has a 50 dollar fee. Would be beneficial if Hotels.com or hotel would notify their customer prior to arrival.

Nicest Comfort Inn I've ever experienced!
This isn't your typical Comfort Inn - it's by far the nicest Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. The lobby with fireplace is the perfect mountain setting, and the mountain views from the hotel rooms are beautiful. The room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Overall would highly recommend.

Everything was just perfect. Allison was a huge help and very polite. The breakfast was delicious and the lady serving was polite and helpful as well. The room was clean and quiet. The parking was easy.

The lobby was modern and welcoming. Front Desk staff very friendly. Room was smaller than it looked on website, lack of nightstand on one side of bed, chair was outdated/worn, wall outlet was loose, toilet was clogged, and a few bugs were killed.

Really very expensive.
This is a very convenient location if you're going to Blue Ridge, however the value wasn't that great: 2 people and 1 small dog for 2 nights was $400. The front desk staff was very friendly and well informed.
