Close to everything! Our 2 BR half of a duplex is less than 10 minutes from IU Stadium, less than 15 minutes to the new IU health hospital, less than 20 minutes to McCormick's Creek State Park, and less than 30 minutes to Lake Monroe! Walking distance to stores & restaurants and a quick car ride to I-69 or downtown Bloomington.

With a comfortable great room, you can lounge on the couch or sit at the dining table and visit with anyone in the kitchen. Dine al fresco on the back patio off of the great room. This home feels spacious despite its small footprint and will easily sleep 6. Both bedrooms have queen beds and the living room couch folds down into beds.

The kitchen is fully functional with drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay.

Cook a meal in the kitchen, watch the smart TV, or use the washer and dryer to do your laundry.

There is space to park 2 cars in the parking area.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape free environment.

House was in a great location. Close to everything you'd need but a little off the main road so ot was quiet. Andrew was a great host. The house was in great condition and fully stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots, and pans. Fenced in yard was great for our dog. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice neighbors, clean. Easy to access food, freeway. Met Harold ( Manager? Don't know title) who kindly helped my disabled brother with light in room. Quiet, safe and clean. Fenced backyard for dog. Absolutely no complaints. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

Perfect for visiting IU

Location is great for visiting your student at IU. Close enough but away from the crowd. Close to anything you want in that area. Perfect for parents and small family. The host is super communicative and helpful. Very clean and has everything you would need. Beds and bedding were very comfortable too! Would stay again.

Highly recommend this place

The host were very accommodating. The house was very clean. They had just about anything you would want, including all the pots pans condiments, and even washer and dryer. Everything was clean and in working order. I would highly recommend these folks to anybody. In addition to that it’s close to Fast food and grocery stores and convenience stores and it was very quiet. Had a nice fenced backyard and a little patio to sit on. So overall very very nice.

Just what you need but nothing more

This property has just what you need but nothing more. Outdated and a mish mash of furnishings which don’t match. We only slept/showered there so it didn’t impact our stay. The shower dispensers aren’t labeled so you don’t know which one you are getting, we brought our own anyway. Mediocre quality stay but affordable.
