Das Haus hat fürchterlich nach Schimmel gestunken, auch nach mehrmaliger Kommunikation mit Novasol wurde dieses Problem nicht ernst genommen und wir wurden mit einer kurzen Nachricht abgewiesen. Unsere gesamte Kleidung, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. hat nach einer Nacht im Haus fürchterlich gestunken und war klamm. Wir hatten kein warmes Wasser und die Heizung hat auch nicht funktioniert. Die Schlafzimmer wurden auf den Bildern viel größer dargestellt als sie eigentlich waren. Alles in allem war es für uns kein erholsamer Urlaub und sind auch noch mit gesundheitlichen Problemen nach Hause gekommen.
