Every single staff member was professional, friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and spacious with a comfy bed, just what was needed after being on the road. Breakfast was a feast, an array of dishes to choose from, and all beautifully presented. We made use of room service for dinner and the meal arrived promptly, warm and tasty. Highly recommended if you’re stopping over in Bloemfontein.

Poor service

My client said that the venue is clean (bar a feint whiff of urine at reception), and the rooms are nice but the service was terrible. Their systems were down so it took over an hour to check in, and another hour to get the restaurant bill. I have been asked to never book that hotel again.

Reasonably good hotel. Location not the best due to proximity to a filling station and a few dodgy businesses Towels were stained and looked unappealing so i went out to buy my own. Also found female hair on the bathroom floor when i walked in for the first time

The area was not safe to walk around. There was a party at 1:30am on my floor and I had to go out and tell the 5 guys to please shut up! Did not feel safe there. I left after one night of a 2 night stay. When I told the lady at reception, she only said - no refunds! Awful experience!
