I wouldn't say the hotel itself is bad ..it is rather acceptable or good. But its customer service needs improvement, and staff need training.
I stayed many nights there .. always the same problem: Customer service and daily encounter with the staff is always an issue
Housekeeping lady, twice, opened the room door on us while sleeping, despite complaining to receptionist.
My first dinner at this hotel was bad experience.. when I needed to pay using visa card, the cashier followed me all the way down to reception and insisted on the receptionist to not let me go and make me pay ( he thought maybe I was running away..! ) although I was a guest at the hotel and he knew my room number
Im not mentioning only the bad experiences.. i encountered good staff who helped me out with a lot of issues .
Please, train your workers to be more professional...and most importantly to smile at the guests
