Our stay here was very nice, the perfect view of the lake and castle especially with a lake view room. Definietly worth paying extra for one of those rooms. Very easy to walk down to the lake and into Bled. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was one of the lifts didn’t work, therefore everyone at the hotel relied on the one lift.

Not a healthy option

Parking was accessible, and located in front of the hotel. Chargebof 10€ per night. Pretty standard for European Hotels This hotel called itself a Wellness Hotel Focusing on health , balance and wellness. Once you enter the lobby is pumped full of a perfumed scented air. Awful! For those with scent allergist is is terrible breathing environment. Just not clean or fresh air. We booked a suite with a balcony. Hoping to enjoy fresh alpine air. Once we opened the balcony doors it was all cigarette smoke! Again making the balcony, view and entire experience unusable to us. It was toxic! Not the wellness experience we thought we where getting at a hotel advertised it as being a healthy option.

Nice size rooms and comfortable bed. Remote didn't work and was never fixed (or replaced) despite asking front desk about it. One of the elevators didn't work so wait times to get up/down. Card to the spa only worked about half the time, but the staff was nice/helpful to replace each time. The spa area is nice, with pools and a jacuzzi. Lots of family/kids running around so for a solo traveler not the best atmosphere. In a great area, short walk to the lake and food options.

Really enjoyed access to aquatic centre on ground floor. Stunning view of Lake from balcony. Ordered room service the first night and it was sensational. Location is good for walking around the lake but slightly tricky if you need to return to the bus station with heavy luggage. Our experience with taxis in Bled was they were hard to find and unreliable. Was left stranded a couple of times and had to walk. Overall though, highly recommend.

Great location, only a few minutes walk from lake bled. Great food options. Room had ample dust, even after daily clean. Lifts were not working for most of our stay and we were on the 5th floor. Staff were very helpfull, overall i would recommend this hotel due to its location.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for activities around lake Bled. Pool facilities were excellent and the towels and bag provided for use during the stay was a nice touch. Breakfast had plenty of options with fresh fruit and waffles being our favourite choice. Would definitely return in the future and will be recommending to friends and family.

We had a lovely stay at the Rikli Balance Hotel. It’s worth (if you can) opting for a Lake view - as it is spectacular. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was amazingly well organised and reasonable @ 10 Euros per day. Pool/Spa area is big and wasn’t too busy when we went.
