This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area.

Happy customer

Was disappointed at first as the room was very small, However we were only there to sleep and everything worked despite the cramped conditions. Bed was very comfortable much to our surprise, sheets good. The front desk service won us over. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always polite and efficient. Ended saying it was very good value if just you wanted somewhere sleep.

Hôtel très sympa au cœur de la vieille ville de Cognac la chambre n'est pas très grande mais les lits sont très confortable c'est très propre le personnel est très sympathique. Great location in the middle of town. We got a parking spot in front of the hotel for free since it was the weekend. The rooms were tiny but clean and the staff were friendly. Good breakfast with decent choices considering the size of the hotel. Good experience overall and good value for money.
