The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and secure, with a modern design. However, there were occasional loud noises from outside, even on the 6th floor. This might be expected from a downtown hotel with a city view. The staff was incredibly helpful, checking me in and assisting me throughout my stay. My only major complaint is the bedding. The blanket provided on the bed was far too thin for the Pittsburgh winter.

Courteous from desk staff and clean rooms. Only issue at breakfast both mornings got order wrong and the girl just couldn’t get it right after telling her what wanted and still didn’t get what wanted and just ate what was given.

Staff were amazing. We had an issue with hot water in our room. The staff and manager was very accommodating and removed 3 days worth of valet and moved us to another room. They gave us great ideas of places in walking distance to eat in the area.
