Conveniently located just off the highway, yet only a short walk from the wilderness, you’ll have the best of both worlds—easy access and natural beauty. Hike nearby trails, relax with the Smart TV, or simply soak in the peaceful surroundings.

The home is thoughtfully equipped for both short and extended stays, featuring blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, free fast Wi-Fi, an iron, hair dryer, and an in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.

Perfect for wedding guests, the home is located just 0.8 miles (2 minutes) from Twenty Mile House and 0.4 miles (1 minute) from Kinship Ranch.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not remove bedding, you may leave the bathroom and kitchen garbage, we will dispose of it.
Turn off lights, turn off A/C in the summer and lower heaters in the winter. Minisplit should be at 68F and the wall heaters at 17C.
Lock the door and place keys inside the lock box. Message host when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please no shoes inside and please wear shoes outside. The mountain dirt will get everywhere- on rugs, furniture and bedding.

The host is amazing with communication for check-in/check-out and if anything is needed to make your stay the best stay, you can reach your host immediately. The property is safe, spotless and just beautiful inside. The host provides you with so many items you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The property itself is large with gorgeous views, hikes and walks for you and your pets. And the unit is close to everything we needed for restaurants, grocery and fuel. We absolutely enjoyed our stay with this host. And will come back and stay here again for sure.

Clean but more remote than listed

House is NOT 2 minutes from Graeagle Meadows as advertised, more like 20-25 minutes. We were much further away from our friends than we had planned to be. House is very clean and generally comfortable with a super private location; but lacks some basics like hot pads/oven mitts, wine opener, and barbecue as advertised.
