This space - located in one of the rooms of the house - is at your disposal throughout your stay without time restrictions! Only you have access to it.

This villa is located by the sea (500m walk from the beach) Located in a very quiet residential area, the house is accessible by a small street where you can easily park for free. Garden area and terrace facing South-West, equipped with table-chairs/barbecue.

The villa is on one level:
1 room relaxation area
1 bedroom with 1 double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
1 bathroom with Italian shower (hairdryer provided),
1 toilet,
1 kitchen open to living-dining room with bay window that opens onto the terrace with sea view.

This villa was built in 2023.

TrĂšs déçu par le rapport valeur/prix de cette location.Soucis partagĂ©s au loueur:- pas d'internet (le commentaire que le locataire souhaite proposer une expĂ©rience de ‘dĂ©tox’ est inacceptable .Si c'Ă©tait l'intention premiĂšre pourquoi ne pas l'indiquer dans l'annonce?)(l'internet n’était effectivement pas indiquĂ© - erreur de ma part lors de la rĂ©servation - donc non contractuel). La couverture 4G/5G Ă©tant d'autre part trĂšs mauvaise sur Coutainville/Blainville- peu de place de rangement pour les vĂȘtements (pas de penderie dans les chambres)- seulement 3 verres Ă  pied pour une location pour 4 adultes
