The check in process disappointed due to an issue with the reservation. Hotel.com had made two reservations which I only made one. The receptionist was assisting me to contact hotel.com so i wouldn’t pay for the second room. During this process, the welcoming and introduction of the room and facility were nonexistent. The reception told me to go to my room without stating the room number, WiFi connection, time of breakfast or just being welcomed. The room is nice but didn’t think there was a proper introduction.
