The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. My only gripe is the room we had was next to the lift and was very noisy with people walking to their rooms seemingly Half the night. I had asked for a quiet room and this wasn’t so we had little sleep.

The overall experience was good but the reception was chaotic . Only one person on the reception and the Que of people were long. Tried calling the reception from my room twice but no one answered. The key cards didn’t work as they said they have a problem with the system. The breakfast was good but too chaotic, lack of management!

Enjoyable stay, Great Breakfast!
The hotel was very clean, modern and rooms were nice with a giant tv. The reception staff were helpful. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and up until 10.30 which helped! If you get a chance to book seaview, i think its worth it. We had 2 issues while staying. We stayed for 4 days and no one told us verbal or info sheet that to get room serviced you have to ask at reception! Normally you would just put a "no disturb" sign if u dont want service. I understand the whole eco friendly thing but you need to be transparent about it. Again we were not expecting service everyday but atleast once after 2 days? We also had to ask for toilet paper. Second issue was we decided to use the laundry service and put in the clothes day 2 but did not get them back. We still have not recieved them in post- again on positive side we were not charged for it! Overall i would definitely recommend!

One of the only new and nice hotels in this area of Blackpool never been to Blackpool before and it’s a very dirty run down town. Which is a shame as the hotel itself is new and well located across the road from the trams and not far from the main attractions you can walk to everything. Building itself is in good condition and clean pavements and street around it have lots of litter and rou down hotels etc beside it no nice views . Staff fast and informative on reception. Communal area looks nice but lack of attention to cleaning one tables in the foyer had the same empty tube of Pringles and used empty glasses from when we arrived at 1pm to when we headed out for supper at 6pm so not a good sign on how often these areas are cleared. Room and bathroom very clean really spacious and 2 big comfortable double beds great for family’s. Lots of usb charging points and everything you need . Really quiet which was a huge plus. Few things faulty bathroom door lock jammed unusable light switch to the bathroom fell out of the socket we just left it switched on only there one night and extractor fan does not come on when your in the shower and no switch to turn it on. Breakfast area again looks new but lots of the seating and booth seating especially need a good clean lots of staining on them unfortunately seats might look nice but the light colours and type of material is showing every stain and food spill. Breakfast selection was pretty good fresh and hot food.

Unfortunately when we arrived we were stuck in a very long queue to check in, we ended waiting for just under an hour. When we finally got to the desk everything was being done manually due to issues with technology. We were given a room key that had two different room numbers on it which was confusing. When we tried to get in to the room a member of staff said was ours we couldn't as the room key didn't work at all so the staff member had to let us in with a master key. My partner had to go back down to reception as we had no cutlery in the room and the room key still didn't work. The room had stains on the curtains and the draw unit was missing handles so was hard to open. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay due to all the issues and believe me I don't like to complain

Im not sure what the bedroom cleaning sraff do in the bedroom regarding cleaning. We were there for 4 nights and we had to fill our tea/ cofee & sugar up each day ourselves. Apart from clanging the towels (which 1 day we had to go to reception for hand towels) nothing else was done in the room.
