The hotel is in a great location for getting into Blackpool. The tram stop is just across the road from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff we came into contact with were all very friendly, professional and polite. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay when visiting Blackpool.

No tomato’s on menu No black pudding No fried bread No fried eggs No edible bacon ( overcooked and rock hard). However, it is free but no excuses for bacon was same every day on our stays

The room was very clean and the hotel staff really friendly. Breakfast was very nice although limited availability of dairy free options. Dreadful nights without sleep due to terribly uncomfortable beds, springs poking through and very lumpy mattress

The hotel was brilliant, only thing that would put me off staying again are the mattress, while other people would say they are comfortable, my sciatic nerve is fused to my disc and the mattress was just so hard for me to sleep on, which is such a shame.
