Greeting on arrival was abrupt and rude, no customer service skills. Tired building, no bar as shown available, carpet worn, walls in room had lots of marks, room over priced, no heating, noise from street all night, city view is a joke, need to pay £10 deposit in cash for key - is refunded on departure Toilet in 1930’s mould in shower, water not even tepid. Shocking place

The only thing that was good was the location the bed was so hard the shower was terrible and no pressure we paid extra for a double deluxe room but it Def was not overall it was very disappointing never go again

We were refused the room after say we have booked a room and paid for but was told there is no rooms available. So my wife and i had to sleep in the car over night, i am absolutely disgusted with the land ladyshe should not be running a lodge. And i want my 71 ponds back promptly.

Clean, but for the money you pay its not worth it. The heating didn't work, all 4 of us got sick very back

We didn't stay at this place, landlady had told us it was fully booked even though we had reserved online through Expedia. When asked why she hadn't contacted us to let us now well in advance of setting off from our home, she said " I don't have a phone" !! I would implore Expedia to take this property off their site.
