Newly refurbished with all new appliances. This apartment is one of eight suites at Black Rock Dreams, an exclusive secure development. Pool and private gardens leading to direct access to Grafton beach. Ten minute walk to restaurants and bars.
The suite comprises three double bedrooms and three bathrooms (two are ensuite). The master bedroom has direct access onto a terrace overlooking the sea which has seating for six and two sun loungers and a new gas BBQ. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances and a separate laundry area with a new washing machine and tumble dryer. Weekly maid service which can be more frequent on request. All rooms have air-conditioning and fiber-broadband with 25mbps speed. A spiral staircase gives access to the gardens, pool and beach.
The complex is accessed via automatic security gates leading to secure underground parking for one car per apartment. The local manager for the property will be on hand to help with queries and can organize airport transfers if you need help (you pay the driver directly). Basic essentials (milk, bread, etc.) can be provided if required, at local cost plus a small fee.
