Hotel was clean and well positioned. Reception staff rude and talked in her phone via her AirPods the whole time we were checking in. So rude and no welcome at all. Bathroom small but tidy

My family has stayed here a few times and we have always found it clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy this visit, but the bed was comfortable so we still all slept great.

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, but they fall far short of dealing with problems. I was overcharged for my last day - I pointed this out to the desk clerk and was told the manager would get back to me to redress. Also, despite letting three different staff know, I never could get the television to work properly. Again the clerk indicated the manager would provide some sort of compensation for the lack of TV service. I checked out on a Wednesday, today is Saturday, and I am still waiting to be contacted, despite three calls and two emails.

Fantastic staff who are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is clean, quiet and nicely updated. The immediate area is fine. A few blocks away become a bit more interesting in the evening but it’s still safe. It’s very convenient to Yale and medical centers.
