This place needs a total overhaul. The sink doesn’t drain. The shower curtain and bedding were stained. The walls had large spots where paint was missing. The pool was so dirty it had bugs floating on top and looked like a pond. There was no way we could use it. The washer and dryer didn’t work and the one vanity light was burnt out. Would not recommend.

Stayed 2 nights and no maid service. The shampoo and lotion containers in the bathroom were empty. 2nd day the toasters weren’t working hot tub still isn’t fixed from last time we stayed here and that was a couple of months ago

It was on the Trail/Bed comfortable-Positive NEGATIVES:The hot tub was not working. The hotel is definitely in need of some maintenance. The screen on the window was damaged and didn't feel it was safe to open window! Breakfast was very limited compared to other places we have stayed. The windows by pool were cracked and all windows needed to be washed

Property needs some updates. Shower was the worst! Flooring not covered, at a slop & felt like you could fall through. Coffee was gone in the morning with breakfast (7:00am), told the front desk lady came back 20 minutes later & still no coffee. Staying somewhere else for the rest of our stay in town.

Hotel is quiet, clean and a great place to stay on a road trip. We relaxed after a long day of working and driving. The whirlpool in our room was a nice bonus. Look forward to staying again.

Hotel staff decided to discuss politics upon our arrival and bash what he didn’t believe. Continued to tell us he recommends other places to stay, opposed to the AmericInn, as you’d get more value for your money. The pool was less than desirable with stuff floating on the top, the hot tub out of commission. Our bathroom had small hairs on the floor and in the toilet and the rest of the room wasn’t the hotel clean you’d expect. The photos online showed a waffle maker for breakfast, which was part of our decision, and there wasn’t a waffle maker, just a sad pancake contraption.

We had bugs climbing on the walls and ceiling and the pool and hot tub were shut down. The day guy behind the desk was asked for some pepper by another couple and there was none. Breakfast was very scarce and we were there an hour before it ended

Quick overnight while traveling.

The rate was reasonable, the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was under repair, but we were able to use the pool. Staff was very friendly.

Kind of bummed

We deliberately booked here because of the pool and hot tub. When we arrived we were told the hot tub was broken. We upgraded to a jacuzzi room, but had to pay extra for it. I felt like it should have been a complimentary upgrade due to our obvious disappointment regarding the lack of a hot tub. The room was average, breakfast nice, except the pancake machine was also broken.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. The first room that they put us in smelled like wet dog. And then they put us in another room and when i dropped something on the floor and went to pick it up i lifted up the bed skirt and found a whole needle syringe in the room. Left the property and went somewhere else after that

Fine, but not somewhere is recommend.

I arrived to find that the Jacuzzi (i.e. the reason I booked this hotel) was broken. My room was extremely hot and stuffy. The chair in the room was incredibly uncomfortable. Other than that, it was quiet, clean, and mostly comfortable. Not sure I'd stay again, but it was fine.
