Awful!

Do not stay here! Poorly managed and not clean. They checked me out just because the shuttle driver told them he took me to the airport despite me having a reservation for several more nights. Housekeeping only comes every three days and even when they are supposed to they don’t. They left a huge bag of trash in my room after I complained they had T cleaned it when they were supposed to. It’s a disaster. Avoid at all costs. I was stuck her for 9 nights due to a work engagement.

Very mediocre

This hotel was just so so. Front desk staff were very friendly. Parking was a pain the butt. Rooms were very small. Our room had obviously not been vacuumed well. String, lint on the carpet & stuff under the bed. Mattresses in our room were very old, saggy. Bathroom door was very squeaky. When I arrived home, noticed that my card had been charged $50 extra than what was on my receipt for both rooms we rented. Would not stay here again..

It was a nice vacation for the weekend in Bismarck for family visit. It's a vary nice place to stay very clean and quite and safe parking.

This is not a safe area. There were people getting drunk in the parking garage. There were young people going through the hallway on my floor being loud and trying the door knobs on room doors. There was a disturbance in the lobby. Our room was not clean. There was black hair in the sink, a musty smell, and a dirty bath tub.

Definitely does not live up to the Radisson name. The room was small, full of precipitation, the windows/toilet/mirror were all wet, dead flies on the window ledge in March, the room was cold humid, super dusty, tape holding the remote together, no trash bags in the trash and most of all guests services was no help at all for lost items.

We got to our room, the did amazing and got us up right away (early) since I just had surgery. When we got into the room my daughter found some trash and a empty bottle under one of the beds. There wasn't an extra comforter in our room. The building was definitely noisy but I'm sure that was due to state wrestling, dance , and hockey all being there this weekend. Staff was very welcoming though which was a plus.
